Praise is Dark Garden's annual Folsom party, specifically curated for the high-femmes of the kink community and those that love us. This is a gathering of San Francisco’s most sartorial kinksters. It’s your opportunity to show off your finest fetish gear, be it leather, lace, latex or lingerie!
This year, we're partnering with our friends at Misfit Cabaret to bring you your favorite Folsom party! Kat Robichaud's Misfit Cabaret is a splendiferous variety show centered around magical music with a rotating cast of eccentric performers. From burlesque to drag to circus to magic, you never know what you're going to see (or what you're getting yourself into)!
Misfit Cabaret is hosting their cabaret show at Great American Music Hall at 8 PM. At 10:30 PM, after their VIP serenade, Dark Garden will host Praise as the afterparty with additional entertainments, bites and delights! We can't wait to add a little Misfit magic to Praise this year.
Featuring:
- Mesmerizing live music by Brendan Getzell (keyboard) and Hannah Glass (violin)
- A performance celebrating the female form and empowerment by worldwide burlesque sensation and local treasure Frankie Fictitious
- Bondage and rope artistry by kinbakushi Saki Kamijoo
- Serenades by chanteuse and rock ‘n’ roll powerhouse Kat Robichaud (before she slinks off to a dark corner to play with her Darling Misfits)
- Tango dancers, spinning across the floor in a battle of dominance
- House dommes, roving through the venue to ensure that everyone is behaving — or misbehaving — as they should
- Treats fed directly to you by Edie Eve and Porcelain, who will also be providing a range of daring entertainments throughout the night
- Models adorned in Dark Garden Corsetry floating through the venue
- Spankings by dexterous dommes
