Heavily gathered at the front shoulder pulls the fabric forward so that it cups under the buttocks and tickle the back of the knee. Wrist loops lend to even more drama as your arms gesture! The Chrysalis wrap is a transformative cocoon-style shrug, inspired by the glamorous, easy draped lines of the 1910s. It’s gorgeous in a wide variety of fabrics including chiffon, voile, foil jersey, and velvet.
Currently available in black/gold mesh (shown) and white stripes (not yet photographed); if you are interested in a custom color or fabric, please reach out!
Pair this with a Finishing Belt for an extra dramatic effect - looping the belt through the arm holes so that the front is gathered and the back is loose!
