HECATE: Hecate, shown here in her triple form, is the Greek Goddess of herbalism, magic, the night, ghosts, and necromancy -- among other things. In one of her many roles, she served as Persephone's guide and companion to and from the Underworld, and is consequently associated with crossroads, doorways, the threshold between life and death, and other liminal spaces. In contemporary times, Hecate serves as a key figure in modern Witchcraft, and is often called upon for guidance and spellwork in a vast range of situations, befitting her complex identity. For more information about this mythological figure and for an explanation of some of the symbolism hidden in this scarf, you may read more here.

The Hecate scarf was created in collaboration with award winning lingerie designer Karolina Laskowska, to accompany a truly exquisite lingerie collection (part of which you see illustrated here) themed on the same mythological figure. The scarf is constructed from deliciously soft (yet surprisingly durable) silk twill, mirror-printed on both sides of the fabric to ensure vibrancy and decadence no matter how you tie it.

This illustration was limited to an edition of only 100 silk scarves released in 2019 and will never be reprinted.

TIED AND TWISTED: Lengths of entwined rope in juicy shades of red, pink and gold scatter this scarf, as if carelessly left behind in the aftermath of an afternoon of play. All knots illustrated in this scarf are real knots, and the rope-savvy folks out there might recognize a few! The scarf is constructed from deliciously soft (yet surprisingly durable) silk twill, mirror-printed on both sides of the fabric to ensure vibrancy and decadence no matter how you tie it.

This illustration was limited to an edition of only 50 silk scarves in 2019 and will never be reprinted.

  • Constructed from 100% mulberry silk
  • Measures 90cm x 90cm
  • 16 momme twill
  • Double-sided digital printing
  • Finished with a hand-sewn rolled hem

To care for your scarf, dry cleaning or gentle hand washing with a silk-safe detergent is recommended.
