Bespoke Grace (Satin or Brocade)

Named for San Francisco's iconic Grace Cathedral, you'll be thanking the heavens when you see how the Grace shows off your figure!

The Grace is based on the midcentury cathedral bra, so named for the boning structure's resemblance to cathedral arches. Starting with a pattern from The Underpinnings Museum, designer Marianne Faulkner of Pop Antique transformed it into an overbust corset with celestial curves. As with all our bespoke work, every measurement and seam is custom fit to the individual it is created for. The final product is classic Pop Antique: part modern, part historical, entirely unique.

The style as shown is just the starting point on the road to your dream corset. All bespoke styles are uniquely fit to you in every line and dimension. Modifications, add-ons, and hybrids are available and can be discussed during your bespoke consultation or measuring sessions.

Upon placing an online order for a bespoke corset, we take a deposit of at least $1000.00 to get started. Deposits can be placed through this page if you do not wish to pay in full at this time. From there, you will be contacted by a fitting specialist who will guide you through the process as your corset is designed, fitted through multiple prototypes, and produced in-house in our San Francisco atelier. As perfection requires time, this process can take up to 6 months. Please let us know upon ordering if you have an event date in mind for your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush turnarounds may be available for an additional fee.
